Bob's Butcher Block - Jenison

05/17/2023 This afternoon was our 1st experience with this burger. Their facility was spotless! The staff was friendly and we were able to get everything we needed to avoid the big box or grocery stores. Will absolutely be back while we're in the Jenison area.

I was very disappointed atv how I was treated at this place of business. I visited the store at 5:45pm. I was admiring a few items I didn't know this company offered but then asked for a items chuck roast, hamburger, chicken salad and purchased soup. During my time I was aggressively asked do you want anything or anything else. Then to top it off the woman snatched my credit card out my hand, I asked if she had an issue because she snatched the card. She had nothing to say. I told her that I understand it is close to 6pm. Unexcuseable. But the time I sat down in my car it turned 6pm. Lights out. I didn't cancel my order because I appreciate small, local businesses.

Bob's is one of the most friendly markets you can visit.

I came into Bob’s to get chops for dinner. We’ve never bought them before (usually get their steak). The gal at the counter recommended the marinated ones. The price was awesome, $4 for 3 chops.My husband grilled them and they are fantastic!! The flavor is great and they were very tender.Definitely going to get these more often!

The girl waiting on us didn't seem to care what size or amounts of meat we wanted. We asked for 7 oz sizzlers and she gave us extra large ones amounting to 1 lb each. And we ordered sliced deli meat and asked for 1/4 of a pound and she gave us over a half a pound. They need to hire help that will try to accommodate the customers.
