Hungry Howie's Pizza - Jenison

Thank you for preparing such delicious Philly cheese steak subs for us!

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I had to wait two hours to receive my order, and during that time, I couldn't reach anyone at the store because their phones were out of service. When the delivery driver, Reese, arrived, he simply said, "that sucks" after I mentioned that I had placed the order two hours earlier. To make matters worse, some items in my order were incorrect, and I received the wrong items altogether.

Employee Luke (if I remember correctly) showed great patience and kindness while assisting a grumpy elderly lady.

This place is Amazing! Cash app had a glitch just not me but for almost everyone tonight .And I tried for almost a hour at the ATM ect no luck and the people working seen this wasn't a joke and hooked our pizza up on the house. I will be a #1 loyal customer at this store forever. THANKS GUYS YOU MADE MY FAMILIES NIGHT!!! APPRECIATE YOU

The staff never greets people when they come in. They take over 5 minutes to come and say anything at the front counter. They either need more staff or service training/better management. Awful location.
