Ihop - Jenkintown

Delicious food, reasonable prices, and incredibly friendly service! I celebrated my birthday here, although I didn't mention it. When the waitress noticed me with gifts, she wished me a happy birthday. Just a few minutes later, the staff surprised me by coming out, singing a birthday song, and presenting me with a big, delicious sundae. It was such a lovely gesture!

I visited this morning at 8:30 for breakfast with my wife. We sat down but received no service at all. After nearly 40 minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. I could understand if it had been really busy, but there were only 2 or 3 other customers who had already been served. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Upon my arrival with a party of two at 10 AM, I was informed that there would be a 20-minute wait. However, a gentleman next to me in the lobby noticed that he had already waited over 20 minutes. Shortly after, I observed that there were more people waiting than there were seated at the tables. Then another couple arrived and were told their wait would be 45 minutes. After hearing that, I decided it was best to leave. The Jenkintown IHOP is poorly managed and completely disorganized.

My family ate this IHOP this morning and it was such a great experience. I'm disabled and have an emotional companion dog. The hostess and our waitress were phenomenal. They were not only very attentive to us, but also to my dog. They made sure she had water and even bought her food. I was so grateful for the service they gave us. If you are looking for a restaurant that welcomes service animals, this is definitely the place.

I loved the food just couldn't take the fact there was no grits. The food was great, the waitress was great, no complaints at this location. Busy around 1p so probably not the best time to go however my personal experience was great.
