Kfc - Jennings Lodge

The employees have a bad attitude, the talk to you like if you were asking for free food. And it takes for ever for them to notice that you are there trying to place and order. If they do not want to work they shouldn't show up.

Spicy chicken sandwich and fries were very good and freshly made, besides some fries were too salty, I enjoyed my lunch here and would recommend for something delicious and quick.

12/17/13 4:25pm I went thru the drive thru and placed an order. The lady who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. Not even able to solve my order I just said thank you! and she turned around and shut the window. I think the distric manager should fix this kind of situations. If you don't like your job, don't work there and don't treat costumers with that bad attutude.

If I could give no stars I would. I will never go back to this fast food place. The customer service was absolutely awful. I was a paying customer and just needed to use the restroom! Not only was the front register employee very rude about me needed to use the restroom she made me buy something first before she let me in the restroom. I get u may have rules because of people taking advantage of a restroom but being absolutely rude about it….completely unnecessary!! While I was walking out I witnessed this woman being rude and threatening a homeless woman who was doing nothing wrong! She was just standing there trying to eat her own food. Talking trash to a homeless person is so disgusting! I’m sorry but I can’t support a company that treats the less unfortunate like trash. I’m not ok with it. Customer service is garbage!!
