Tassili - Jersey

From start to finish, I could not have impressed myself any more from my entire service at tassili. the service was impeccable, cried to marco, who was out of this world and so was knowledgeable about the menu. he was discreetly still attentive and really made our evening special. the tasting menu was delicious and very reasonablely beautifully presented and the taste combinations to die. I work as a cook to know how difficult it is to create such a well thought-out menu! and these youngs have totally crushed it. will definitely be back and cannot recommend it enough. thanks!

Fabulous! This should be Michelin starred because it was a feast for the senses, in addition to to the excellent service and imagination of the chef Nicolas Valmagna. This was easily the best dinner we had in Jersey. I cannot praise it enough!

Brilliant evening all round and I would thoroughly recommend a visit. Just one tiny criticism a bit more explanation at the beginning of what we would be getting would have been helpful. With the amuse bouche and bread it seemed more than 7 courses!

Wonderful food and excellent service. Every mouthful tasted different and each ingredient could be tasted individually. All dishes were beautifully cooked and presented. Would recommend.
