Madame Claude Bis - Jersey City

I LOVE this place. I've been twice so far and both occasions have been impeccable. Super friendly and efficient staff, the food is incredible, great quality and amazing taste. The decor and ambience is such a vibe, and I was pleasantly surprised by the live entertainers who are apparently there every Wednesday and Thursday. It felt so special, like a little show and dinner. 100% recommend.

It was our first time visit to Madame yesterday for dinner and it was just WOW!! As we entered, we were greeted with a warm smile. Madame is a truly enchanting place with its 18th century ambiance and cozy atmosphere. The dimly lit chandeliers and Christmas decor definitely added a beautiful unique touch. And it's even better when the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable. The service was excellent and very attentive. The general manager came over to make sure everything was to our satisfaction while we were dining. From Chefs to Bartenders and Attendant, Whole staff was amazing. Menu is excellent. Amazing Food and Drinks. In Apps, We tried Oysters (East and West), Polenta Fries. Main Course Scallops, Duck Confit, Herbed Chicken. Drinks Kir Royal, Mezcal, Old Fashioned. Desserts Profiteroles and SUZETTE Cake. I would HIGHLY recommend Oysters, Scallops, Duck Confit, Mezcal. This place is truly a GEM

Trendy French vibes inside. It’s a place you could spend hours hanging out at. Happy hour specials are so good.

It's hard having to compare this place to Madame Claude's before it. The food is better in my opinion, the cassoulet gratin may be the best dish I've ever received. A couple things I will miss is the atmosphere, fresh bread and butter, and a few of the drinks. The drinks seem weaker and the drink menu is missing the Parisian in particular (Manhattan with cognac more or less). I will certainly be back for the food and to give the drinks another go, this is one of our favorite restaurants. The service went out of there way to congratulate our engagement with a glass of champagne and entrees were brought by the chef. Absolutely worth trying.

Food was out of this world!! Service was top notch! Only thing is the drinks were weak. But highly recommend this place!!
