Írjon visszajelzéstSlow service, understaffed, gave my wife an incorrect order. I ordered decaf because my wife is pregnant and they gave regular. I wasn?t gonna wait another 45 mins so I threw out the drink. Terrible terrible. Don?t waste your time here, management is terrible. Waste of time and money.
Avoid this Starbucks if possible and there is another one on your route. Service at this location is notoriously bad, from ignoring customers, ringing drinks in wrong, making drinks wrong, to being extremely slow. The lobby is usually dirty with an empty condiment bar. They are frequently out of food or beverage comments. Nothing like getting your nitro cold brew in a cup with a frapoccino lid so you have to drink out a straw.
My drink was fine when I ordered it, but what disappointed me the most from this location was the service given by their manager on duty, Nicole. I had to witness how Nicole was yelling at a customer over a misunderstanding and the customer was a kid. She was rude and even raised her voice at this little kid and his mother. They left the store without their drink because that?s how bad it was. I hope you guys hire better staff.
What a great experience! I don?t often write reviews but I was struck by how helpful and friendly the baristas were here. It?s also very clean and they sort their trash. Best Starbucks I?ve ever been to!
After paying, I went to the end of the counter to wait for my order. While I was waiting, I saw my server accidentally bump into another staff member, causing her to drop the bag containing my pastry. When I noticed her throwing it into the trash, I asked, “Are you throwing that away?” She nodded in agreement, and I then requested the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish instead. Her response was to throw her arms up and exclaim, “I can’t do that for you.” She appeared quite indignant and annoyed, cutting me off before I could explain that I would be willing to pay the difference for the new item. Feeling frustrated, I said, “Do you want to replay that? We are the customers, and you should be accommodating our requests. You’ve been very rude to us.” Fortunately, another young woman came over to apologize and asked what I wanted, then helped me with my order. Since the first young woman was walking over with the exchanged item, I thought it was a good chance to finally request the correct item I should have ordered originally. However, as I mentioned, the first young lady didn’t allow me the opportunity to explain. The young woman who helped us with the new order was delightful and made sure we were satisfied with the service. She truly deserves recognition for the excellent service we received. We’ve visited this location many times before and have always been happy with the service.
