Chick-fil-a - Johnson City

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There were no drink refills, the service was lacking, and the food quality was below expectations. It took three attempts just to get my simple order correct. I also wanted to ask for a refill on my drink, but it wasn't possible. On top of that, I couldn't believe they don't even serve cheese! And as for the grilled items, I wouldn’t bother with those either. I understand it’s a campus location, but this doesn’t meet the usual Chick-fil-A standards at all.

Food quality is standard for Chick Fil A, but it's disappointing to see how different it is compared to other stores. No refills, no gift cards, and the management doesnt seem to have the same priority towards customer experience as others do. Hopefully they'll be able to reorganize their priorities soon.

The food here is excellent, and the service is both friendly and quick. My son absolutely loves visiting this place. I highly recommend it!
