Happy Wok - Johnson City

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time yesterday. It tasted like I was drinking peanut oil straight from the bottle. The entire meal was so bland and crunchy that it was inedible. I ended up throwing it away. I was highly disappointed.

A takeout order 45 minutes before they closed. Order shrimp Rangoon steamed pork dumplings and steak and shrimp noodles!

The spring rolls were delicious. The friend rice was some of the best I had in quite a while. It was some of the best Chinese food I had in a long time. I have my new Chinese food location.

This is my favorite Asian restaurant in johnson city. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. The only complaint I have is that the decor and atmosphere inside is really not great. I only ever order take out so it doesn't bother me but I wouldn't want to dine in.
