Stephen's Pizzeria - Johnson City

Customer service needs to be improved. I walked in and wasn't greeted and wasn't sure if I was to seat myself or order at the counter. After walking up to the counter there was no kinda interaction. I just took it upon myself to get a menu to look over. The pizza itself was ok but I probably wouldn't go back just based on customer service. The whole exchange was awkward.

I was in the area so I figured that I would try them out. I put my order in for take-out. The wait wasn't long. Another gentleman's order was done at the same time. The young man behind the counter handed me a bag of food. I said is this the Buffalo Chicken Wedge? He just looked at me. I drove home and opened the box open and it was the wrong order. I didn't like what it was and I wasn't going to drive back. Sorry I'm not going back.

Awesome local pizza place! Their hoagie was really good.

Used to like coming here more but you end up having to wait very long on just an appetizer while they'll have your pizza on the counter getting cold, employees inside yelling and joking and talking about not washing their hands, don't think I'll be back soon.

I just picked this pizza uo 5 minutes ago, on saturday 5/4/24 at 845pm. I asked for a crispy pizza(yes all pizza should be crispy) and it was soggy and not crispy. I had one request. Horrible service from the young lady and horrible pizza.
