Wendy's - Johnson City

I omitted the chicken sandwich from my order this time, but I’m excited to try it during my next visit. They really need to enhance their quality control.

Our order was prepared perfectly and arrived hot and fresh. Although it took a bit longer than we expected since there was only one car ahead of us, it was not an issue. The restroom was clean, and they played lovely Christian music. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This is a fantastic spot to stop if you need a fast food restaurant while traveling on the highway.

I hadn't been to this location in quite some time, but I'm really happy I returned! The staff was super fast, and my order was prepared almost instantly. Just look at that gorgeous spicy chicken topped with pepper jack cheese! Thank you for a fantastic meal!

Good food. When they get your order right. Last Friday, I got a bacon egg and Swiss croissant, without bacon. Today, 6/22, I order bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, I end up with sausage egg and cheese. Sausage gives me heartburn. Make were you checkyour order before you leave the drive thru

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Not only did they get my order wrong, but the staff also made fun of my insecurities as if it were a joke. This behavior was incredibly hurtful. I’ve been dealing with health issues and hair loss, which has been really difficult for me. When someone at the window joked about my forehead being 'commando,' it deeply affected me. They seemed completely unaware of what I was going through. I was so upset that I couldn't even eat the food — I just ended up crying. After being treated this way, I won’t be going back to Wendy's. The thought of facing that situation again is too much for me, and I've never felt so terrible in my life. I can't shake off the sadness.
