Rich's Brew - Johnston

I visited family in Iowa and stopped at Rich 's. The most important thing you need to know is that this is not what 'the children' would consider a coffee shop. It is a lot of a reproach 'to basics' coffee shop. If you are a fan of real coffee, then I strongly recommend to stop at Rich 's. It's super obvious that Rich loves his job and he's one of the nicest people you've ever met. Not only that, but coffee is surprisingly big. This is not an exaggeration, his coffee has changed my entire view of a basic cup of coffee. You can order the beans he uses from his website, which I seriously think of doing my coffee game back home in North Dakota. Thank you. Rich!

If you're a hot chocolate lover, get the Rich's special. When they make it for kids, they moderate the temperature so it's not boiling hot, but just right for drinking. Lovely staff and great coffee.

This a delicious treat for you, and your lover, after any romantic rendevous ! If your sweet tooth still has a craving then try a delicious apple fritter. Or if you need to replenish your zest grab a cup of Jo. Either way, rich's brew will leave you feeling rejuvenated for your next night on the town, and of course any further rendezvous!!!

Rich is very helpful when it comes to any questions you have about coffee. This is the best place to get some beans for your house. And just for the cherry on top, he's a Nebraska fan too! Go Big Red!

First time visiting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's indoor and outdoor seating. It was clean, well cared for, and a provided a homey atmosphere. The coffee was excellent.
