Coney Island Lunch - Johnstown

I traveled from Charlotte and Leesburg to indulge in these beloved hometown favorites. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service! I enjoyed a dozen CID's and several Sundowners. I can't wait to return!

Amazing! The hand-cut old-fashioned fries with gravy on the side were outstanding! The hot dogs and cheeseburgers came with a delicious meat sauce, and everything was served hot and fresh. It truly felt like an old-fashioned diner experience! All the staff were helpful, patient, and incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back!

During our visit to Johnstown for Thunder in the Valley, we made a conscious choice to support a local business instead of purchasing from outside vendors. We stumbled upon this restaurant mentioned in the Rally Pamphlet, and we're so glad we did! The hot dogs were absolutely some of the best we've had in ages. A local suggested we try the Coney Dog, which is topped with mustard, chili, cheese, and onions, and we also ordered a large fries with chili and cheese (next time, we'll stick to a small). Whenever we're in or around Johnstown, we'll definitely be stopping by Coney Island for more hot dogs and fries!

Fair pricing. In all honesty it just depends on who is working it seems. Food is always good just times it 's super sloppy and just doesn 't taste as 'fresh '. Still love going though!!
