Both the pizza and mozzarella sticks fell short of my expectations, and it took too long for my order to arrive. The food was barely above warm, and that’s being generous. The temperature definitely affected the taste. There are definitely better pizza options in Johnstown for the same or even lower prices. Even Domino's would serve hotter pizza. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here.
The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are always friendly. The prices are reasonable too.
I had a terrible experience with the fish sandwich; it was undercooked and the fries were unpleasant as well. I didn't even think it was possible to make fries taste that bad. Overall, the food was very disappointing and disgusting. It used to be so good, but it seems to have declined significantly.
I've adored Leos since my very first visit when they were still on Broad Street. Their strombolis are, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. The pizzas are also fantastic, along with everything else I've tried on their menu. There are several other pizza places nearby, but none compare to Leo's. The staff is always helpful and incredibly friendly. I wish I could give them 10 stars! This spot is one of Johnstown's hidden gems, and I hope they remain in their current location for many years to come.
If you're a resident of the West End, you're likely familiar with and fond of their food. They serve delicious pizza, impressively large strombolis, and tasty wings. Leo's has been a staple for decades, and we hope it will continue to delight us for many more years to come.
