Domino's Pizza - Joint Base Andrews

The estimated delivery time of 14-24 minutes turned into nearly an hour and I still haven't received my order. I tried calling for 8 minutes but my calls went unanswered. This is beyond a negative experience, and unfortunately, it's not the first time this has happened. Where is the accountability?

Do not expect fast delivery, eat is always cold at arrival.

The restaurant closes early. I am currently here, and the lobby is supposed to stay open until 10 PM. However, at 9:28 PM, while I was waiting for my order, a staff member locked the front entrance. Last week, I placed an order at 9:45, but it was canceled by the staff. When I called to inquire, they informed me that they would be closing soon.

Good luck trying to place an order here. The app is unreliable, and calling in has been hit or miss. There have been times I've waited over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They claim to "close at midnight," but it feels like they shut down whenever they choose. I've had my orders mixed up multiple times, and when I went back to get them corrected, they were messed up again. The customer service, both on the phone and with the delivery drivers, is well below standard. As for "no-contact delivery," that seems questionable as well. This has been the worst pizza experience I've ever had.

Fast service, respectable workers ? only gripe is that this store requires a minimum of 3 selections before you get the $5.99 each deal unlike other stores in the area.
