This place is really disgusting. first it was a nice evening and we wanted to sit outside at the picnic tables in front that were dirty and covered with dried ice. I went in and asked for a towel to clean the tables and was told that they did not have towels for outside only for inside and on the way this was day, if not wash dirty, they came to awhile and gave me a dry towel I went into my car and got some hand sanitizer and a bottle of water and cleaned the tables. I went back to the towel and saw the prep table where they prepared the ice and it was also disgusting. it is likely why the ice shop on the street had 70 people and this place had 5.

I usually visit this restaurant regularly and the service is typically excellent. However, today it was quite disappointing. The attendant, who appeared to be Indian, was rude and impatient, even though there was only one car behind me in line. While I was in the process of transferring my money, he exclaimed, "Oh my god, I have a line!" This experience has made me decide not to return.

Delicious and timely, have to order at window drive through orders.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the service is always bad. Tonight I went through the drive through and got a hot fudge Sunday with peanut butter. When they gave me the sundae it only had hot fudge. I politely asked the girl at the window “didn’t I ask for peanut butter as well?” And she just flat out said “no.” The owner was behind her and told me he can’t put peanut butter on it because it had whipped cream on top… they shouldve either added the peanut butter or just remake it but they refused. Not returning :

We were in the parking lot when they turned off the lights at 8:48 PM. When we approached to place our order, the employee said they were closed, but then started taking our order anyway. After ordering an Oreo/Cookie Dough Blizzard and a Mint Oreo Blizzard, we asked for an Oreo Blizzard, and she claimed they were out of Oreos. It felt like she just didn’t want to take our order.
