Mcdonald's - Joliet

The restaurant is not welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community at all. When I raised my concerns, they hung up on me and then left the line open, making it impossible for me to call back. The staff was very unkind.

I received an email stating that I could redeem a double cheeseburger, but when I went to the restaurant, they only offered me the 10-piece nugget instead. Unfortunately, they wouldn't let me have the double cheeseburger that was promised as my reward on the app.

The service here is quick and friendly. I do wish there were more easily accessible vegan and vegetarian options, but at least the quality is consistent, so I know what to expect every time.

Definitely needs to make changes on different cooks for night shift!. Ordered the spicy chicken nuggets and half of them were not cooked all the way. Also got burnt fries. I understand it?s McDonald?s and it?s late at night but come on how do you serve this ????.

Do not order the buttermilk tender, I got them and they were old and really dry. They also smell like fish ?????
