Good place to stop for ice cream on historic Route 66. Look for Jake and Elwood and you are there. Right by a park with a great walking path. A nice place to stop on Route 66.

Rich and Creamy ice cream was very good! There were many different options that all sounded good. I ordered the root beer float and it was excellent! The only downside is the location, it is on a main road which creates loud traffic. I recommend coming here for an ice cream snack any time of the day?

Cute little ice cream shop with plenty of options. Definitely recommend stopping by. You can walk around the park while you eat and there are plenty of trash bins to keep the area clean.

Starting our 1st Route 66 Trip and Joliet has always felt like home.. people are friendly. This ice cream stop is decent, my wife had a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. I ordered a Vanilla shake, it wasn't the best it was literally just vanilla ice cream in a cup.
