American Deli - Jonesboro

I have often visited this place in the past. The food was always fresh and good. Last Thursday. The wings and Philly cheese steak for me and my daughter and the food was terrible. The wings had been fried and they just put them back in the fat after they ordered and put sauce over them. The bones were black. How do you get cheese steak wrong? It really tasted sour. I will not go back, and I hope that people will pay attention to the food they order.

First time going here and don't understand why they are still open. I ordered a 10-piece mild with chicken fried rice and it was very disgusting chicken fried in old burnt grease rice was terrible and had an awful taste and it came up to $14 and they tell me that it didn't come with a drink. NEVERRRRRRRR AGAINNNNNN!!!???????? AND IF YOU ARE GIVING THIS PLACE 5 STARS YOU HAVE TO BE RELATED TO SOMEBODY THAT WORK THERE ???#imjustbeinghonest

Came to this location today. Food was not good. Only gave me 4 pieces of chicken on my salad. Then charged me $2 for more. And it was only 4 more small piece. I will NEVER come back to this location.

From once the best shrimp fried rice, to the worse. Then when questioned they lied and said it was the same??NOT! One more location on the do not eat there list. American Deli Kroger plaza BYE!!

The food isn?t bad but what?s the point of taking a call in order if you have to wait for the food? They don?t make it until you pay. They shouldn?t waste your time by taking your order over the phone if you?re not going to make it until you come in. Hence the one star rating!!! To better with that or don?t except call in orders!!!
