I went the other day and got the best service from a wonderful young lady named Niecy. However, as I left another employee, Niecy began to betray me to give me the wrong free product. Normally I would have said nothing other than the woman Ton and the fact that she did it before me made me angry. I told her that this young lady did her job right up and beyond and you advised her for it? So what if she messed up, because in this process she made a customer EXTREMELY HAPPY, especially when I consider that I am a loyal Starbucks customer. I bought a cup that cost near $20, so the fact that she should outweigh me a free drink with GREAT service was given away. I hope she is still there when I return later this week, because she is the reason why I will return 's name after this ad of unprofessionality on the other lady! I will definitely NOT apply if/if the other lady works. Their behavior/Attitude/Ton was very unnecessary.

I stop by almost every morning to grab donuts and drinks for my coworkers. Since only two of us drink coffee, I usually get hot chocolate that everyone can enjoy. Last week, I placed an order for donuts and hot chocolate, but when I went to work, I received a box of coffee instead. I called them, and a woman assured me that if I came back, they would make it right by giving me a box of hot chocolate. However, when I returned this morning, the guy in the drive-thru laughed at me and said nothing is free. I ended up buying the donuts and hot chocolate and mentioned that it would be a long while before I returned. In my mind, that would cover the price difference.
