Kfc - Jonesboro

Don't go to the KFC on Southwest Dr in Jonesboro. If you carefully check your order before you come home. I ordered white meat chicken only 2 pieces for $9.00. Go home and there's a cookie in a box! A crazy cookie can be believed for $9! If I could go under 1. I sit in the snake for 30 minutes and paid $9 for a hard biscuit lmao. This place is really no longer worth the time or the money. None of them. And since they came together with Taco Bell, they ruined this place.

I wanted to use my survey validation code after filling the survey. The receipt clearly says free chicken sandwich with purchase of a chicken sandwich. When I pulled up to the drive thru and informed the order taker, he says we don't honor those survey validation codes. Mind it I got this receipt from the same store I m visiting. If you'll cannot honor it then why to lie about it on the receipt just to make the customer fill the survey. Horrible experience and lost my business for ever. I will spend my money at a business that don't lie to their customers.

We ordered 3 orders of $20 fill up and also extra sides we didn?t have to wait long at all for our order the young man at the window I had to ask his name amazing customer service Kadarius!! Will definitely be back at this KFC

Poor customer service!!! Came through the drive thru my husband and I on the SW Drive location and placed a order. The young lady thought that her mic was off or just didn?t care and said... ?ughhhh who eats their thighs dipped in BBQ sauce that?s nasty? which was very unprofessional! The receipt said Stice-on the name but very rude at the pick up window... ! Terrible experience!

I called KFC on Southwest Drive. To see if the Drive Thru was opened, because the one that I was sitting in front of didn?t answer the phone.. when the Employee answered the phone 10:28pm , I said hello Ma?am, what time does your Drive Thru close ? The Employee said 11 click..?
