Subway - Jonesboro

Consistently fantastic food and excellent service! The best Subway in Jonesboro.

I really didn't appreciate being called a liar. This place was a huge disappointment. My daughter and I had to use the drive-thru because the front door was locked, which was fine. We placed our order at the drive-thru screen, also fine. I ordered a 12-inch Chicken Bacon Ranch on Italian Herb and Cheese with white cheese, spinach, ranch, red onions, lettuce, and pepperoncini for her. Instead, she received just meat, cheese, and bread. I ordered a 6-inch Black Forest Ham on the same bread with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, spinach, pickles, tomatoes, mayo, Baja Chipotle, salt, and pepper. All I got was bread, meat, and cheese as well. When I called to address the issue, the employee accused me of lying, claiming that I hadn't ordered anything but meat, bread, and cheese for either sandwich. I won't be returning, and I certainly don't recommend anyone else go there either. I should have taken the lack of a long line at the drive-thru as a warning. Lesson learned: never again.

I truly appreciated the gentleman's friendly and welcoming attitude. This Subway location was spotless—tables, floors, counters, windows, and restrooms were all impeccably clean. There were no crumbs, streaks, or trash on the tables—everything was in order. I felt respected and valued during my visit. Thank you, and have a nice day!

This has got to be the cleanest Subway restaurant I have ever been to. I didn?t check out the restroom, but solely based on what I did see it?s safe to presume they?re clean also. The ?sandwich artist? who helped me was a very polite, and very attentiveworker! My order wasn?t too difficult, but without thinking I just spouted everything out about both sandwiches before they wereeven finished toasting along with chips/cookies. She remembered every detail and didn?t mess up at all. Everywhere else I?vebeen I?m lucky to get through one item at a time without being asked about it at least once because they aren?t payingattention.

Subway is one of the only fast food places I eat at. I've been going to this location for a while but last night, me and my boyfriend went though the drive thru. No one there. It's empty and no customers. We love stacking on the vegetables but wereceived sandwiches with literally pounds of meat and only one tomato on one of ours. Not even the sauces I asked for was there.How do you screw up the only order in line. I know it wasn't jam packed. I understand mistakes but there was literally 1 order.I will be going else where
