Waffle House - Jonesboro

It took a while for the waitress to arrive at our table, but another staff member noticed our wait and brought us drinks. Our order was well-prepared and not greasy, unlike some other locations of this chain. We didn't mind the wait, understanding that they were short-staffed. We made sure to give a generous tip to the waitress and the other employees who assisted her.

The staff at the restaurant seems to sit behind the counter and handle numerous complaints.

However, on my way home, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for avocado, which was disappointing but I didn't want to turn back so close to home. As I started to eat my sandwich, I found a long black hair in it. This was quite off-putting, and I feel that chefs should definitely wear hair nets while cooking. Overall, it was a bad experience.

I wish I could put zero stars? that's my third time that's turned around by security. the security guard, 2 chefs and a waitress in there jaws jumping. they eat, but turn around the customers. this is a 24 hour facility so that the website say I heard 4 others say that they have been turned around several times as well as! terrible business. it was 12:50 when I was shot this time! 12:50am 1:48 am 2: ish am was shot every time

Customer service is good, but sometimes employees can have a bit of an attitude. Food is always good but I hate all the flies inside and the over cooked waffles. Waffles are a hit an Miss with this Waffle House. I hate this Waffle House doesn?t allow me to call in my order. Nobody ever picks up with the number listed on google at this location. The one by ATLANTA motor speedway is a 5 star.
