Chester's Chicken - Jonestown

Food was awful. They were out of stock of what I originally wanted and said that they’d been out of it for days. Then when I asked for something else they said they had it but they went right over to the next room and got it off one of the hot shelves. The food they gave me looked like it had been on that shelf for awhile because the bun was almost as hard as a rock, the chicken was soggy and not crunchy whatsoever, and the pickles on the sandwich looked like they were going bad. I’m not one for writing reviews but that type of thing can’t be overlooked even if it is fast food.

Chicken tenders, chicken bites, potato wedges, all. Food was okay main issue is nothing was crunchy. Service was efficient.

We live fairly close by to this location and have gotten take out a few times however lately the service is very poor and the staff, yeah! Today's visit no tenders made, we would have to wait. The order before us they asked for 6 tenders, but changed it to two, so the Counter help took two pieces out of the box and throw them back under the heat lamps. The service here sucks, and the staff could care less if they made money or not. Chester's lost another $25 bucks to burger king again

Truck drivers. We get so tired of fast food and the prefab stuff. We stop here to eat REAL food everytime we pass by and have time. Always leave full and happy. Waitstaff is super friendly.

Got here at 8:30 PM on Wednesday May 31 and it is close one of the employees said they close at 8:00 pm now.
