Ribcrib Bbq - Joplin

Though prices have risen, our food arrived quickly. Within 10 minutes of ordering. Our portions were generous and tasty. The waitstaff was lacking however. She brought us our food and was no where to be found until it was time for our ticket.

We were in the mood for ribs and Rib Crib hit the mark. They were fall off the bone delicious and not a lot of fat. The original 92 BBQ sauce is still the best mild sauce there. Very satisfying meal and our waitress was extremely friendly and made sure wehad what we needed.

Ordered a Virgin margarita confirmed with the wait staff THREE TIMES VIRGIN, NO ALCOHOL, came with 2 oz of tequila! Wanted chicken fried steak, none available, out of potatoes, salad, turkey, BBQ pork! Worst experience EVER! HOW CAN YOU SERVE A VIRGINMAGRAITA TO A RECOVERING ALCOHOLIC WITH 2 OZ OF TEQUILA IN IT!? WHEN BROIGHT TO ATTENTION OF THE WAIT STAFF HE LAUGHED!HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! NEVER EVER GOING TO RIB CRIB IN JOPLIN AGAIN!

How can a smokehouse restaurant be out of TWO meats at 6:15 pm on a Saturday? I understand the turkey has been ordered and just not delivered which is more of a corporate issue and not local, but dinner rush is just starting and your ribs are in the smoker?? Also out of baked potatoes and corn on the cob. We almost left considering my first two choices were not even available. Isettled and ordered a basic pulled pork sandwich, but this was a sad trip.

Our first time going and we can not complain. The BBQ was amazing, the beans very good. The Cole slaw could be sweeter but other than that it was great. Mason was out server.
