I would point out that the cancellation took place within the cancellation policy indicated by them, i.e. 45gg. after that their booking office had confirmed to me the refund of the deposit within 15 days. it has been 3 months since then and several e-mails but to return even the shadow. I also called dozens of times and the few times that their employees answered, the canonical sentence was, we passed everything to the administration. now I've been calling for 2 consecutive days and no one answers, will it be again a breakdown on the line as in August? in the conclusion you are not sure to stay in this hotel. A nightmare week!! It's a very nice structure, but cho runs it from where it starts. no reception, decent rooms but cleaning not at most. poor food in the evening is also at the lunch of the next day you find the waste not to mention the menu children nonexistent. Animazione...zero!!! improvisation made by us customers x spend the day. x children no mini club. the only positive thing julia and go two exceptional boys. polite and courteous

I'd like a 4-star hotel to expect a lot more. .the room they gave us was spacious enough but the bathroom was very neglected, you could not open the window because broken.
