Zen Asian Fusion Cuisine - Juneau

I've been here twice in the last few years and have to say that both of them were not disappointed. eating is delicious and the service is very good. the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is beautiful, clean and spacious.

I 'm assuming this place is new because it hasn 't showed up on Yelp yet. It 's in a funky location (amongst the Driftwood Motel and on top of a good breakfast place). However, don 't be scared away by the setting; the food is solid Chinese American style at fair AK prices. Highly recommended.

A few years ago i had my birthday dinner here. I made a reservation ahead f time to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. As soon as we sat down the owner (of all people) told us to hurry up and order. Once we the food came he told us to hurry up and eat because they're closing soon. My wife told me that she had the same problem when she ate there. I would not recommend eating here if you're looking for friendly service

Based on their lunch special, it was pretty disappointing. It was a forgettable and regrettable dining experience. They claim to do authentic Chinese cuisine. There was no evidence of that in their lunch specials. The fried rice doesn't deserve any respect of anything other than filling. Certainly not tasty, nor delicious, the quality bar must be set extremely low. Too bad, another Chinese restaurant that really doesn't deserve the name.

Did not get my order. I ordered pick-up and was told 20 minutes. I went there to pick after 20. There was only one person on the floor who was busy serving tables. After noticing me she tried to give me the take out menu and I told her i was here to pick up. I could not fully comprehend what the lady was trying to tell me but i gathered by the actions that they had a large party come in and it would take another 20-30 minutes. She shouldn't bump off my small order to fill a dine-in order. The place was filled with fumes from the food that was being cooked. I coughed for a few seconds befor getting used to the fumes.
