Got Rice? - Juno Ridge

Today was our first time ordering from Got Rice. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. We used the QR code to make the order to make sure it contained what we wanted. I ordered one order of vegetable dumplings and one order of pork dumplings. We were given 2 orders of pork dumplings. I ordered steamed vegetables and white rice. Was given the vegetables only. When I called the restaurant to tell them, HE ARGUED with me instead of simply saying, We made a mistake. We drove intentionally to try the food and were HIGHLY disappointed. The wonton soup we ordered was flavorless. The brown sauce for the steamed vegetables was like thin leftover egg foo young gravy. Also, the steamed vegetables had huge chunks of green bell pepper. That 's not what I expected at all. The dumplings were flavorless as well. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. A total waste of money, time, and gas.

I used to go here a few years back and the food used to be phenomenal. However, I recently ordered from them, and they completely messed up the order, we paid extra money to add shrimp, eggs, and mushrooms to our orders and they did not add The extra that we paid for and confirmed over the phone. When I tried to call and tell them that they mess up the order, they instead insisted that they gave Extras they did not. Be very wary of this place when you order extra items to your meal. They will charge you, rip you off.
