Nina's Fresh Bakery - Jupiter

My experience at the bakery was not quite what I expected. Just after I tried the coffee shop at the end of the plaza, a random passerby robbed the bakery. I was on the lookout for a baked treat or dessert to take with me. The bakery offered a selection of ground cupcakes in different flavors, available in two sizes, along with brownies. It seems like they are more focused on creating custom cakes for events. However, I must say that the brownie I had was very good, and the service was friendly and helpful in guiding me to make my selection.

I ordered my husband's birthday cake from Nina this year, and I was extremely pleased with both the cake and her outstanding customer service. In the past, we've had cakes that went uneaten at most of our adult gatherings, but this year was different—every single bite was devoured. The carrot cake we chose was absolutely delicious. We've ordered cakes from various places before, but none have truly impressed us like Nina's did. We will definitely be ordering from her again in the future.

So happy I found this jewel! I always have shopping on site and Nina's Bake Shoppe is the way to go for cakes and cupcakes in Jupiter! Levi helped me and we were amazing. I have a few suggestions (the Oreo and the Key Calk) both were big hits. I also tried the caramel puzzle mini and it was also great. Not super sweet, very well balanced flavors. Definitely will come back!

I ordered by Nina's Bakery to surprise a friend with a cake for her birthday. We brought the cake to a local restaurant and they wanted to place it for us. I ordered Strawberry shortcake because that's what my friends are favorite cakes. I took the cake that day, the same day we would cut it and eat it. I was very disappointed with this cake. We barely ate it and threw the rest out. Especially it was hard. You can see how hard it is from me to balance our glass on it. Secondly, for a strawberry shortcake there was like a strawberry in all the cake! You can see very little strawberries that are not present. The icing job on the cake was badly done as there were many bubbles inside the icing, suggesting that the icing was not enough when it was made. It was also American buttercream that would not have been my complaint if there were no other questions. (Culinary Arts graduate in baking and pastries here) Finally, there are dark spots scattered through the sponge, as seen in the pictures. Not sure where all the positive reviews come, unless it was a very strange day for them, but I will definitely order elsewhere in the future.

Thank you so much for the most delicious cake I’ve had in South Florida! Nina’s has the best staff, fresh from scratch pasties , and moist cupcakes. Levi was very hands on in taking my order for a surprise birthday cake ! I just want to thank the team in the back for making this happen !!!P.s. definitely getting all my future cakes from Nina’s !
