The Woods Jupiter

Been coming to The Woods for almost 10 years, today the service was the opposite of what it usually is. Waited 20 minutes for a server, had to ask the hostess and manager to send someone.Inattentive, put a rush on the food so it was not good at all. Drinks came out after food, overall just very disappointing for Mother’s Day.Tried to speak to the manager, he couldn’t care less, basically blew us off completely. It’s not nice to feel like you’re not wanted.

The waitress clearly just wanted to churn through tables quickly. Food was good but over priced.

The server was a shlub. My friend even said something to the manager and they acted as if it didnt matter. I have been coming here since the red sox won the world series. This was extremely disappointing Parking: Parking is a pain i recomend the top and use the elevator

It was our first time at the restaurant. I had put a note on my reservation telling them I did not want community seating where you are right next to another couple and was seated at that exact seating so that was annoying. My steak was good but had to send the potatoes back and they still weren't very warm when they brought them back? The s'mores desert had graham crackers that were stale. Took awhile for our waiter to come over to take our drink order and seemed like he didn't come around much to se if we needed anything. Just expected better service. Also like more of an adult atmosphere when going for a nice dinner. Another woman sat on her cell phone the entire time we were there. It would be great if restaurants did not allow the use of phones at tables at restaurants. Nobody wants to hear anyone else's conversation when they are trying to enjoy their dinner.

We've been coming here since it opened. Service is always excellent but food has gone down hill. Menu choices are excellent but kitchen is lacking skill. There's a reason we rarely choose the restaurant and we were reminded of it last night. Overdone lamb, tasteless pasta, but fish was good. Bar is excellent. For a burger or salad, yes. For anything more, go elsewhere. Too many options at this price point
