Scratch Pizza - Jurupa Valley

First time ever going to a Scratch Pizza. Very small doesn't really entertain eating in. The crust was good, the very bland, very dry pizza. Not the kinda pizza that makes you say WOW, or this is bad. It kind of sits there and is okay. No anchivies, not a real pizza place. Wouldn't go out of my to go here again, but wouldn't avoid it if a friend wanted to go here.

I got the scratch classic pizza. It was pretty good, but it took 45 minutes for delivery and the pizza was a little colder than lukewarm. If it was hot, i would've given it a 4 star.

I used to live nearby and come all the time. But moved to Jurupa Valley. The location on Bellegrave is hit and miss. Tried to use my Yelp coupon tonight and JV Bellegrave and the manager refused so went out of my way back to Riverside and Maria made it happen. Thank you so much! Guess my area can suck it and I'll cruise back to my old neighborhood where my business truly feels appreciated,

I've been generally satisfied with the quality of food and customer service I've gotten here. However, the last time I called to order for pickup I was told the carry out special on the x large 1 topping pizza was 9.99. Great. I get there and they said the price was actually 10.99. I asked then why does your sign say 9.99? Carry out weekdays before 4pm. They said it's carry out only. I said is this not considered carry out? They said only if you walk in to order it. That should be mentioned on your signage and honestly not a very good look to change the price on a customer after telling them differently and charging differently between calling in/walking in.

Staff is more interested in goofing off than working. Throw attitude and made the pizza wrong
