Everything else remains unchanged: the friendly staff, quick service, fluffy eggs, and hot coffee—all the things you'd expect on Maui. It can get a bit noisy near the kitchen, but the team seems to enjoy their work and is confident in their skills. Expect longer wait times on the weekends, but it's definitely worth it.
We had a very nice waitress. She was very polite and friendly even though she had a couple of tables to attend herself. However when I went to pay, the man at the counter literally snatched my card out of my hand and tossed my receipt and pen on the counter in front of me. Very rude and uncalled for.
Once we ate here, my whole family got diarrhea. After a while we gave another chance, maybe our stomach was just tricking us. We ate again there. Think my whole inside just went down in the toilet. If you want a cleansing experience, just eat there.
Every time I visit, there's usually a wait of 15 to 30 minutes, but I don’t mind because the prices are so affordable. I always enjoy ordering fruit on the side; it makes me feel healthy.
This was my first time trying IHOP, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. We both ordered the commemorative dish, and it didn’t taste as good as I had hoped. The presentation of the meals was a little messy, and the portions were quite small. Additionally, I felt that our server rushed us throughout the meal.
