Aloha, Maui! This shop is an amazing addition to the locale with an incredible work staff. Every single FOH staff is incredible but only one person steps out of the office and comes out to mess up the flow of orders. Joy has no sense of prioritization and has zero-sense in customer service. When it comes to the basics of practicality and common sense, she seems to be operating on an entirely different wavelength than what is already established in the FOH staff. She is a perplexing combination of someone who not only lacks common sense but also possesses some of the most tactless customer service skills you'll ever encounter. It's as if she's on a mission to confound and frustrate every person she interacts with. One of the mot skilled baristas, Mikey seems to have been let go and honestly—what a shame. He memorized orders of regulars and had them prepared while customers were on the line to help push orders forward. Could you do that, Joy? Do you know at least 85 orders by heart? Anyhoo, continue to show support for this local jewel but when you notice the line taking a lot longer than usual, know who caused it : Mahalo
