Írjon visszajelzéstI've been wanting to stop by this truck since they were Sandy's Beach. Make sure to check Instagram for latest location updates. I was directed to all vegan friendly items on the menu and decided on the falafel plate with pita $13.00), hummus and falafel with pita $9.00). Every thing was flavorful and the portions were great I shared the plate and hummus with my keiki. The service was great and there was some outdoor seating available. They also offer a vegan friendly smoothie which I will have to try next time $7.00). Updated from previous review on 2019 03 14
The falafel pita is what dreams are made of. This little truck comes to Kailua a couple days during the week and is part of my weekly stop. So freaking good!!!! Also stopped by at their location near Sandy’s on the side of the road beware it’s hard to see them coming from Kailua side as they’re parked around a corner. Well worth it.
I came across this food truck while walking along the sandy beach and decided to give it a try. Be sure to check their Instagram for their latest location updates. The menu had a variety of vegan-friendly options, and I ended up ordering the falafel plate with pita ($13.00) and hummus and falafel with pita ($9.00). Both dishes were delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I shared the food with my child and we both enjoyed it. The service was excellent and there were outdoor seating options available. They also offer a vegan-friendly smoothie that I plan on trying next time ($7.00). This review was last updated on March 14, 2019.
It can be difficult to find good vegan food in Kailua, but I was thrilled to discover a great option in Thai cuisine tonight! The food was delicious, especially the falafel plate which left me feeling very full. I couldn't even finish the entire plate, but I used the pita to make two big falafel sandwiches. My only criticism is that I wish there was more hummus available. I would definitely order an extra side of hummus next time.
