Starbucks - Kailua

I want to commend your employees who were on duty when the store opened. Hapa, a young man, was incredibly genuine, courteous, and polite. He worked for about twenty minutes on his own and treated every customer with the utmost respect. While I understand that it's part of his job, he went above and beyond, which made my morning truly wonderful. Aloha!

This location opens at 7 AM! To get there, head to the outside entrance of Target, but don't go too far inside because Target itself doesn't open until 8 AM. We definitely want to take advantage of this early access! The staff at this Starbucks are always attentive to special requests and do their best to accommodate customers. For instance, since I’m dairy-free, they made sure to let me know that the caramel contains milk, allowing me to make an informed choice. I’m giving this place 4 stars because the line can often be long, and many people prefer not to wait. It’s a small space, so managing the crowd can be a challenge.

I absolutely love the drinks!
