Írjon visszajelzéstI write this begrudgingly, as I live in BBQ country and I take pride in our BBQ. Having said that, I can’t believe I had to come to Michigan to get a decent brisket. Obviously, there is a chance my experience was a fluke or “unique”, but that brisket was enough for me to actually write a review. Beer was good, which was the entire reason I stopped. It’s the brisket that will get me to return. Moist, perfectly seasoned, falling apart, and lean. Hard to hit all 3, as my experience has taught me only 66% of that criteria was possible. Atmosphere was pleasant, staff was friendly and engaging. But to hell with all that. That brisket slaps! Beer selection was limited, but even that isn’t enough for me to cut down on any stars. Whomever prepared that meat most certainly is underpaid and appreciated. I’d just like to attempt at tossing some kudos their way. Hats off to you!
The flavors were beyond good. The only thing is the brisket was kind of dry and the fries tasted old and not fresh.
An all too hidden gem in Kalamazoo! Fantastic food. I was there for lunch, so I didn't get to try their beer, but I will go back. They were out of brisket, but the smoked chicken was very good, as was the burger. Back off! I was hungry. Anyway, they need to get the word out. This place is fantastic. Super clean, wonderful staff and not to belabor it, great food. Did I mention that I liked the food? Don't walk, drive quickly but safely, to flavor town. You'll be glad you did.
This has got to be one of the worst burgers I've ever had. It was completely dry, mostly because it was burnt and way overcooked. Also, instead of giving me a side of coleslaw, which is how I ordered, they put a scoop of coleslaw on my burger. Why? Speaking of the coleslaw, it was not good... at all. It too was dry and didn't have much taste. Edit in response to Brite Eyes' comment: I was waiting for your snarky reply back to me, because I did my homework on your replies as well. You don't take negative criticism very well at all, and it's not a good look. Maybe you should self reflect on your customer's experience when they have a bad one, learn from it, and improve. Oh, and don't serve burned, crusty hamburgers either. I review honestly.
Good bear! Food smelled good too! Loved the patio in the sun
