I will definitely not return to this place from waffelkonus all kinds of them, they were even out of ice for thr smoothis.

I rarely feel that every business deserves 5 stars. it was Saturday night and it seemed like everyone decided to grab ice. there were three servers and they made an amazing job. they were fast and friendly. they were polite and patient. I have seen so many people who act as if customers are an inconvenience, so I make it a point to acknowledge someone who needs time to offer a positive experience.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes only one couple got served. Several online orders got filled in the present customers were not being paid attention to. No manager present and it only looks like two teenage guys working behind the counter. Instead of just making the ice cream they were busy doing tricks and we're super slow. When we left there was still 12 people ahead of us. Several other groups left as well.

I'd avoid ordering online for delivery or pick up with this location. The attention to detail of the employees is poor. Three times in a row an additional mix in has been missed and once they forgot to include a waffle bowl. In the grand scheme of things, not a major deal, but it is annoying when you pay extra for something and don't get it.
