Big Mountain Ciderworks - Kalispell

All about our experience was great! We loved the flights for the try of many different apples, we shared a burger and it was for us...and delicious. Can't wait to come back!

Awesome! Attentive service! Delicious ciders and friendly, helpful staff to talk about their drinks, even though it was a busy Sunday I still received great service. The arugula prosciutto flatbread was to DIE for an paired well with all the ciders!

Tonight was our first time eating here. There were four in our party, and all our meals were incredible. We loved the cider and the atmosphere! We’ll definitely be back.

This place is so close to our house so we definitely wanted to love it, the Seiter is incredible definitely will say that. Their food is really great, the atmosphere is a little tense though. The owner looks very upset every time we are in there and every waitress/server we have had has been rough around the edges. We will most likely continue to go back to pick stuff up but definitely won't dine in anymore

If you're visiting this place for the first and you are from out of town you will probably think this place is great and will most likely rate this place high. I did the first time I came here. The chances that I have given this place is unbelievable and un"bear"able. It is torture to come here. NO ONE and I mean no one acknowledges much less welcomes you when you come through the front door (what a joke). It's this way every time I come here. The food is mediocre nothing exceptional... only thing I like here is the seasonal huckleberry flatbread. I gave this place a long break for a while because of the terrible poor service, and then out of craziness I decided to give it a try again for their seasonal huckleberry flatbread. HA!! I come in w/my husband and was seated immediately and waited and waited and waited...finally a very unfriendly employee (won't call her a waitress...that's too much for her to handle) took our order and went behind the bar, she got a pitcher of water and took to every table around us except ours. We waited, I raised my hand, even made eye contact with her from across the room...I thought she saw me and was going to take care of us. NO!! No acknowledgement no nothing. We waited a little longer and still nothing...the place wasn't even busy. We got up and left. Now it's been a month later... thought we would give it one more chance. We come in and the same employee girl from last visit walks by and doesn't acknowledge us or anyone else. So we decided to seat ourselves at the bar. Two employees are behind the bar chatting amongst themselves, laughing carry on and acts as if we aren't there. Not either of them or the OWNER or anyone else walking around says anything to us....this goes on for at least 5 minutes. Then out of no where the girl behind bar sits a menu in front of us while she is talking to the other employee that is also behind the bar. She NEVER says hello, kiss my a or NOTHING. Very nicely She takes our order, saying nothing else to us...no hello or welcome. NO ZERO SOCIAL SKILLS!!!The order comes out and nothing not a word from her while she places our food it in front of us. No one here has any social skills...not even the owner. She apparently doesn't give a s as she appears just as clueless as her young employees. If I saw the bad reviews that are on here as a restaurant owner I would be making serious changes...I would be making a point to look at all reviews of my restaurant. The employees and owner congregate at front corner of bar carrying on and engulfed in their cell phones. This being a privately owned restaurant you would think the owner would be walking around speaking to everyone that's eating her restaurant. This is the last time for us. PATHETIC!!!!!
