We visited on a Sunday morning very busy Only a slight wait for food waitress was amazing Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room in dining areas but a bit tight in bathrooms

Got seated right away. Took forever to take our order. Didn't enjoy the meal. Toast was burnt. Had to go get jelly myself. Omelet barely had cheese. Over all it was not a good experience. In my opinion the management need to step up and get that restaurant in order.

Very nice waitresses. Food comes in a timely manor. Easy in and out for handicap people. My husband and I like it enough to go to Big Boys frequently.

The waitstaff was too busy to keep checking on us. Food was great bathroom was atrocious.

Awful experience. They were a little busy but not slammed. We got seated. No silverware. Waited a while for the food. It finally came. Asked 3x for silverware to different people as our waitress was no where to be seen. They finally bring 1 fork to the table....ONE and there's two of us! No one came back . We then finish and ask for the bill and a box. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Nothing. Finally we go to pay. Never again. Never.
