El Pollo Loco

Yummy tostada chicken and shrimp and taco combo. Best tasting chicken grilled and seasoned perfectly.

This location has a great friendly staff at all times. Always willing to assist and get food out in a very fast pace mode. Which is awesome for that I only have 30 min for lunch. Loyal customer. I go at least 2-3x a week.

I went in and already noticed the prices were higher than any other El Pollo Loco I've been to. I ordered and swiped my card, but their system wasn't registering it even though on my bank account it said I paid for it. I went to get ice for my drink and noticed a bug in the ice. The actual worst dining experience of my life, DO NOT go to this El Pollo Loco.

I eat here pretty often since it is close to my job. I ordered from here yesterday(15 min prior to going for my order), when I went to pick up my order, there was only one girl working. She said she’d be with me, which I was okay wi airing a little for my order, but as soon as other customer went to the cash register, she ignored me and went straight to him, I looked at my friend like, fr? As the other coworker was getting back from her break, she rolled her eyes at me! And when she was packing my order she was giving me one of the dirtiest look! Like I wasn’t being rude or anything for her to get an attitude! After that, I’ve decided I’m never eating here again!! And they’re stingy with the sauces too! I remember every time I’d ask for extra sauce they would get annoyed!

The food was pretty good but $26 is just ridiculous for a burrito and 2 pieces of chicken with 2 sides.
