Pizza Hut - Kamloops

I ordered online two hours ago... She said it was here at 7:00, his now at 8:00. I called the store, she said he was ready and the driver would deliver it soon. I'm trying to call back and they keep hanging on me and refuse to answer me! $75 down!

Pizza not ordered hat for a long time. they would think with so many other pizza places they would rise their game. pizza was so dry cooked. like a pap. hardly any hits. nothing like the pizza hat I remember.

We ordered 3 big pizzas a week ago, for 8 people. We ordered the "thin crust", but the pizzas were flat and tasteless, like cardboard. Even if there were 8 of us, we still threw left pizza (and we all starve!

Ordered online, half an hour later a phone call that they ran out of the dough, but can my pizzas to me in two hours, maybe 2 1/2 hours.

Most complicated experience trying to order a pizza, only to be forwarded to a call center who then directed our call (one of 5 calls) to the actual store and still not get through to anyone. Horrible experience. What happened to the days of phoning...a restaurant and talking to a person?!
