Charley's Thai Cuisine - KAMUELA

I bought this meal for my mother-in-law, and she called to thank me. She is Trinidadian and was craving something delicious to eat. I also liked my spicy chicken stir-fried rice.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and there were plenty of delicious food choices to choose from. While some of the presentation of the chicken rice dishes seemed a bit messy, overall everything was great. Perhaps they could consider improving the plating in the future.

The quality of this restaurant is subjective as it depends on your personal preferences and familiarity with Thai cuisine.

My husband and I go to a local Thai place every week and have friends with the owner, so I would say we know good Thai food when we try. Don't tell us, but we thought the red and green curry would be better. They do a very good job on the spice level, which I think is what it made it taste better. We like food spicy. The prices at this point were also very reasonable. The night we went, it was very busy, but we thought our service was very good. I've been coming back since it was so good!

Good food. Had a good meal at Charlie 's tonight. The Tom Yum Goong was spiced just right with great flavor. We also had Pad Saiu with mussels and Pad Talay Shrimp Mushroom. The Pad Saiu had a nice slightly sweet flavor and the Pad Talay was a tasty mix of vegetables in a good sauce. As with all of Charlie 's dishes you get to order light, medium or spicy. I am a fan of heat, but be warned spicy can light a fire!! Enjoy.
