The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro

Went to dinner here last night after a very bad experience in 2019. The food was very good, the service was fast and friendly. In recognition of the enjoyable food and service I left a VERY GOOD TIP. When the server realized what the tip was she came up to us to ensure that we were aware of what we left. That showed even more how good the staff were..integrity... I hope next visit is as good.

We have dined at this restaurant several times before. It appears to me that the size of the burgers has decreased. The French fries were disappointing, as they were limp, greasy, overcooked, and likely double-fried. They were lukewarm at best. The restaurant was not crowded, so I assume this is their usual standard. The burger was okay, and we did not encounter any problems with the service.

Our server Gayle was very busy on a hectic night, but she always had a smile and made time for a quick chat. She was a true professional. My family of five all enjoyed our meals. I particularly enjoyed the novelty of drinking from a measuring cup and appreciated the use of paper straws.

The best burgers and onion rings!!! I haven’t stopped thinking about this meal since I ate there. So good! Service was good and quick.

Waitress screamed at my husband after we waited 10 minutes to be seated on the patio. Ridiculous. Scared my son. We won’t return.
