Burger King - Kankakee

The situation is not great, but people are certainly not unfriendly. They seem really tired, at one point they have completely forgotten our fries and just handed us a container of them. I wonder if they're just high or overworked. never got a wrong order, tho, unlike the other local locations.

This is the only Burger King location in the area to which I will go. They are always kind to me and get our order right.

The restaurant isn't what it used to be. It's under staffed, but the staff is friendly. While customer service isn't really the issue, the food was only lukewarm and didn't taste very fresh. However, the Coke was excellent!

Staff didn't want to be there. Good was awful and extremely greasy and chicken was burnt black. Lights were out like they were closed

There is an employee who smiles with her greeting! I love going here! She's as beautiful as her personality! My fish sandwich is always perfect and my onion rings!
