Wingstop - Kankakee

I?ve ordered 3 times from the Kankakee location and all 3 times have been great experiences. The first time I ordered the wait time was a little longer than expected but I figured with them just opening it would happen. The second time I called in and ordered 200 wings with a couple of hours notice and they were able to come through for me. They even helped me bring my order to my truck. The 3rd time I ordered was just as awesome. All 3 times they said they would call me when my order was ready and they did. They were super nice when I went in and when I called and placed my order. I?ll be coming back as long as they?re open. I love their lemon pepper flats and their ranch dressing.

Not bad, not great. Like others have said about loads of different places in the area, I've had much better elsewhere. I don't know if it's an issue with suppliers or what, but there's far better places to get wings in town. The staff I dealt with was friendly and the wait wasn't bad for a walk-in order. I don't mind the easygoing atmosphere, but I can see how some might be taken aback at the employees poking fun at each other (in good fun) while making their orders. Personally, I didn't mind and found it endearing. Short story long, not much reason to go here when you can get Buffalo Wild Wings, or something. Prices are pretty close together, but BWW has better quality and better selection.

It's always a plus when ur food is made fresh. Eating food that's been sitting under a heater gets wack after a while. The service is excellent and the facility is clean. I'm so glad they decided to open up a Wingstop here!! ????????????????

They NEVER answer the phone to take orders. The online ordering is ALWAYS disabled. What's the point of having a restaurant or business if your employees dont want to work so they refuse to take business.

I have been here twice now. This is my 1st experience with WingStop. Once you order, you wait a bit for your food. But it is all fresh! The food quality is great! The staff both times have been so pleasant and welcoming. Definitely the best place in town for wings.
