Domino's Pizza - Kannapolis

My husband, Billy Gantt, and I ordered pizza today, and I have to say, the general manager has really outdone themselves! We’ve been ordering from this place for a few months, and I’ve never experienced better customer service. The pizza has been outstanding from day one! I truly appreciate the consistency in both the food and the service. From our very first call, they recognized us, and it feels wonderful—like being treated by family. Keep up the great work! I just want to take a moment to appreciate the amazing staff at this restaurant. Today, we experienced a power outage and lost internet, which caused a rush of online orders as soon as the internet was restored. I ended up waiting two hours for my pizza, but that's not the staff's fault at all. When I called the shop for an update, the gentleman on the other end was incredibly friendly and explained the situation clearly. I felt for them; they were clearly overwhelmed. The delivery driver also checked on my order and apologized for the wait. The poor woman had to deliver seven orders all at once! I've always had great experiences here, and the food quality is top-notch—definitely the best supply chain around. Thank you to the staff for your hard work!
