Hardee's - Kansas City

The opening times of the lobby say 10 o'clock. I came to drown around 20 o'clock. I had to go to the door to wait. I could have just waited! I'm trying to make fast deliveries.

This place definitely needs a makeover! The service was terrible, and there was no sense of community involvement or care. Worst of all, the staff was unprofessional, inexperienced, and seemed dishonest. They’re trying to run an overpriced and overrated burger joint, but they’re falling short. They really need to step up their game!

I visited the drive-thru and encountered some issues while placing my order. The woman taking my order asked if I wanted a medium or large size, but I simply wanted the combo as advertised on the menu. She asked me twice more, almost as if she didn't understand or was trying to push me to specify medium or large. I just wanted the combo as it was presented. Then, when I got to the window, she seemed condescending, making me feel foolish for not selecting a size. It was quite rude to keep pressing for medium or large when I had already made my order clear. If the staff doesn't understand how to take orders, perhaps they should consider other roles, like cooking. I was left feeling uncomfortable and decided not to get any food. I suggest that someone like a manager supervise the order-taking process to improve the experience.

Not sure what has changed here, the service has improved very well and eating was well visited 3 times in the last month. the good work?

They overcooked both orders of onion rings and burnt both grilled chicken breasts. They're NO where near as good as a few years ago
