Ikey's Pizzeria - Kansas City

A charming little hidden gem on North Oak. I’m so happy we discovered this place a year ago. Every time we visit, we are never disappointed. The food is always fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff is attentive, making sure your drinks are always filled and meeting your needs, even when the restaurant is busy. They offer a great selection of appetizers, salads, and pizzas. I highly recommend checking this place out the next time you're in the mood for pizza!

I've been back since then, and during my last visit, I experienced a small delay of about 5 minutes for my order. While I waited, they kindly offered me a free beer. The food is definitely 5 stars, and the customer service is also top-notch!

I've loved taking my family to Ikey's Pizza for years. Our favorites are the cheese pizza and calzones—they're our go-to when we're craving pizza. However, during our last visit about two weeks ago, the extreme cheese pizza was a big disappointment. The cheese, which used to be gooey and stringy, was barely there this time, and there was an overwhelming amount of seasoning on top. We even asked the cook if there had been a change in the ingredients because something felt off, and he mentioned that the manager or owner had reduced the amount of cheese allowed, although he wasn’t entirely sure. I really hope this isn’t the case because we think Ikey's has the best pizza in Kansas City! On a positive note, the service was fantastic, especially from the bartender/waiter who was running around to ensure everyone was taken care of!

I'm stuffed. First time in and ordered a pizza here. Toppings were fresh and cheese was decent. Crust was excellent. It's a bit light on sauce I recommend a little extra! Service was quick and very friendly. Restrooms were tidy and clean. I'll be back. Thanks guys

One of our favorite local spots. Angela is star. The wings are ginormous and delicious. They have live music multiple days per week. Give it a try and don’t forget to also tip the pizza guy if you order hand-tossed pizza.
