Írjon visszajelzést35 minutes in the drive thru . I ordered a happy meal . Well at least the fries were hot . There were only about 4 cars in front of me too. Talk about slow . Never again . Homie was yelling at his kids in the lobby . I watched a lady restock the whole restaurant before I got my order . Avoid like the plague .
I have to give the APP curbside a failing grade. It took over 20 minutes to bring my food.
It's McDonalds. What more can I say? The level of expectation should be controlled before you drive-thru or go in. A disappointing experience. This McDonalds being located right near the Interstate is double the price for all food. Their staff is slow and disappointing. They get credit for getting the order right this time.
This place is hilariously horrible. guy taking order was talking to us and a coworker it was confusing. guy at the second window was on his phone talking to someone the whole time.
This isn't my normal McDonald's, but since my car was being worked on nearby, I decided to kill some time with a little high calorie breakfast intake. The service and food were on par with what you expect from fast food, nothing special or over the top, but also nothing that stood out as poor. Just average. My biggest issue was with the cleanliness of the restaurant. It wasn't even busy when I arrived, but yet all 13 tables in the place were dirty with remnants of crumbs, syrup or salt to clearly highlight that they haven't been cleaned in awhile. I even saw a french fry on the floor. How does a place that doesn't serve fries until 10:30am have a fry on the floor? Did they even sweep last night? I tried to keep my OCD in check and ignore it, but it got me thinking. If the dining room is this dirty, how clean is the kitchen? I will say as I sat here finishing this review someone did come out and wipe down some of the tables (but only a few I mean, why do all of them? . [insert eye roll emoji here] The management of this McD's might want to check out the one on 95th Mission. The staff there really seems to take pride in their job and it shows. You feel it when you walk in and they greet your morning with kindness and a smile. Ok, that felt a little cheesy to write, but I just realized how much you don't know what you've got until it's gone. Remember to recognize great service and employees it's getting harder to find. But, if you're willing to drive another 1.6 miles, it's waiting for you at 95th Mission (and several other McDonald's in town . As for this location.... I'm not lovin it.
