Mcdonald's - Kansas City

I think this has to be the worst McDonald?s in Kansas City. What kills it is they?re in the best location right off the expressway. This location is one of those ?if I have to? locations. I mischievous prefer to go out of my way to Rainbow Blvd, Kansas Ave or the other location on Independance Ave. this place ALWAYS gets your order wrong. No fail on that! I blame their leadership, or at least I?d like to. I living here for five years and they are by far the worst. I mean it?s McDonald?s, they have a whole system in place. Anyway just check your order before leaving because it?s bound to be wrong.

I love the McDonald's on Prospect through the I-70 outputs. You always get my order right. They also have great staff and the foods are always hot fresh and fast.

If I could get this place minus stars I would airy single time I go to the drive-through window late night after I get off of work its always something!!! Tonight?s newest addition to McDonald?s on Prospect is that they do not sell double quarter pounder?s after midnight that?s smart don?t offer something that?s on the menu after midnight I guess it?s too hard for a functioning McDonald?s to be able to offer a double quarter pounder in a place where they sell double quarter pounder?s after midnight I wish the place the best of luck they?re going to need it!!!!!!!!

Does not deserve one star!!!I had to wait 10 mins before being greeted or asked to take my order. I asked 3 times for hot fresh food, when I ordered, when I paid, and when I received my order. I paid $9 for a fresh hot meal that was as cold as my drink.

I got asked 3 different times what my order was and they still managed to get it wrong also their feedback pages was down so I was not able to leave a comment thru that page. Umm what a disappointment of a store today 3:
